“Theory and Practice in Obstetrics–Gynaecology”, Thessaloniki — Keynote Lecture

At the scientific event “Theory and Practice in Obstetrics – Gynaecology: The long journey of Reproduction: from the decision to birth”, held at the Mediterranean Palace in Thessaloniki on 2–3 March 2024, Professor Stratis Kolibianakis delivered the opening (keynote) lecture.

The talk traced the path from the birth of the first IVF baby, to today’s methods of Assisted Reproduction, and on to those expected to be revolutionary — genome editing, synthetic embryos, and the in-vitro creation of oocytes and spermatozoa.
