Ovulation induction and ovarian stimulation, Thessaloniki, 12/2011
The Hellenic Endocrine Society — Panhellenic Association of Endocrinologists, on the initiative of its Gonads Section, organised the two-day scientific workshop “Ovulation induction and ovarian stimulation” on 16–17 December 2011 at the Grand Hotel Palace, Thessaloniki.
Invited speakers included gynaecologists working in reproductive medicine and endocrinologists with experience in ovulation induction. Topics covered both the scientific basis for using gonadotropins, insulin sensitisers, anti-oestrogens and GnRH analogues, and their clinical application in women with infertility problems.
