The 4th Panhellenic Congress of Ultrasound in Obstetrics & Gynaecology took place in Thessaloniki together with the 5th congress of the South East European Society of Perinatal Medicine.

Ultrasonographic assessment of ovarian reserve

This lecture covered current methods for assessing ovarian reserve in terms of both oocyte quality and quantity. This is achievable by determining ovarian volume and vascularity but, most importantly, by counting antral follicles.
