1st International IVF Conference: The Ovary and the Endometrium, Kuwait, 3/2011

The main theme of this conference was the ovary and the endometrium — the two principal factors in achieving pregnancy. How do we manage women whose ovaries are failing? How do we maintain the balance between generating multiple embryos and preserving an endometrium capable of supporting their implantation?

The conference was organised by the University of Kuwait and the academic hospital of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
