Intrauterine & perinatal infections: diagnostic and therapeutic approach by the obstetrician, neonatologist and biopathologist, Thessaloniki, 9/2012
This workshop covered new epidemiological data emerging in Greece and the latest developments in intrauterine and perinatal infections, as well as long-term follow-up of these children.
An innovative format was used, with brief, interactive presentations from speakers across multiple specialties. The aim was comprehensive coverage of the topics with as much time as possible reserved for discussion. The workshop was attended by specialists and trainees — obstetricians, neonatologists, paediatricians, biopathologists, infectious-disease specialists, midwives, midwifery technicians and nurses.
